Originally born in Warragul, Jasmine Ferguson began her AFL career playing for her year 7 school team, but only found her real passion when she played for Gippsland Power in 2018. Prior to playing football Jasmine had played Netball since age 10 and Basketball since U8’s in the local competition.

With a rapid improvement to her AFL skills, Ferguson found herself being recruited to play for Collingwood midway through the 2018 season. Fast forward to the 2021 NAB AFLW Draft, Ferguson was pick 51 for the North Melbourne Kangaroos. Debuting for North Melbourne in round one of the 2022 season, Ferguson showed great potential and impressed all with her skills.

Ferguson still balances both her AFLW & Netball commitments, as she is playing in the Victorian Netball League with Hawks Netball.
