Im a current professional cricketer with the Qld Bulls and I suffer from a gluten and dairy intolerance of which I've been able to maneuver around in a busy sporting environment! It was always difficult with travelling to find food that I could eat on the run that wouldn't make me sick and feel lethargic before and after matches, this causes massive amounts of anxiety and at first I wasn't sure what the issue was! As soon as i made the lifestyle choice to go gluten and dairy free my life and sporting life has changed! I want to be able to help educate people and in particular athletes with the same dietary issues as me on the affective ways to ensure they are getting the right foods and have the knowledge around nutrition and meal planning and ingredients to help fuel them to perform at their best!
