Maz Compton is one of the most accomplished TV and radio hosts in Australia. She landed her dream job in  2004 with MTV, and spent five years hosting all the red carpets, awards shows and music festivals possible. Her time at MTV saw her travel the globe and chat to many a famous face, Sandra Bullock being one of her most memorable chats, and getting evacuated from a hurricane in Mexico with Good Charlotte among her stories.

In 2010 Maz landed her first breakfast radio gig and has been on a rollercoaster of radio roles ever since. From breakfast radio in Adelaide to the Dan and Maz National Drive Show. 

Taking a break from radio in 2016, Maz opened F45 Avalon and pivoted to health and wellness. She welcomed her little boy Henry in March 2019, her favourite role yet is being a Mum. 

Maz is back on the airwaves on 107.7 Triple M and enjoys waking up the Central Coast with her co-host Paddy. When she isn't on air you can catch Maz reading a book, binge listening to a true crime podcast, playing Pickleball at Gosford Pickleball Club or walking her dog Happy. 

Weekends are jam-packed with family bushwalks, camping adventures, and bike rides.
