Clisby signed a two-year deal with the club in August 2021, marking the start of a second spell with his hometown club for whom he made 29 A-League appearances between 2012 and 2015.
The versatile, left-footed defender played a further 139 A-League games for Melbourne City, Western Sydney Wanderers and most recently Central Coast Mariners.
He was an ever-present for the Mariners in the 2020/21 campaign as they secured an impressive third-place finish.
