Tom Rockliff is a former AFL footballer who played 208 games for the Brisbane Lions (154) and Port Adelaide. (54) A prolific midfielder with an incredible sense for the game and the ability to accumulate possessions at will, Rockliff was the captain of the Brisbane Lions in 2015 & 2016 and amassed All Australian Honours (2014) & Best and fairest honours (2011,2014) before transitioning to South Australia with Port Adelaide. Rockliff retired at the end of the 2021 AFL Season due to reoccurring injuries.

Post his AFL Career, Tom has transitioned into the sports media landscape. Joining Triple M's Adelaide weekend radio sports show hosted by local sporting icons Callum Ferguson, Greg Blewett & Andrew Jarman
