Jake Averillo is a professional Rugby League player joining the Dolphins team, signing a three year deal from 2024 onwards. Previously with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. Averillo made his NRL debut at the age of 19 in the 2020 NRL season. Averillo impressed in his first couple of seasons with the Bulldogs, winning their Rookie of the Year award in 2020. He was named in the Prime Ministers XIII side at the end of 2022
