Jason Cadee is a former Australian professional basketball player, media personality and Partnerships Manager at company Step One who played 15 seasons and more than 400 games in the NBL.

A Sydney product and graduate of Westfields Sports High School and the Australian Institute of Sport, Cadee began his professional career with the Gold Coast Blaze in 2010 before going on to represent the Adelaide 36ers, Sydney Kings and Brisbane Bullets during a career spanning more than 15 years.

Cadee also represented Australia throughout his career, including winning gold with the Boomers at the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup and 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Since stepping away from professional basketball, Cadee has built a career across business and media. He is Partnerships Manager at Step One, works in basketball media and co-hosts the Cut to the Jase podcast.

Drawing on his experience as a professional athlete and his extensive network across Australian basketball, Cadee regularly works with brands, sporting organisations and businesses across speaking engagements, events, media, content and partnerships.

As a speaker, Jason brings a unique perspective on professional sport, leadership, resilience, high-performance environments, career transition and the business of sport.
