We recently hosted a two-part workshop with Tom Robb from Life is the Way for the PH Clinic team, and I can honestly say it was one of the most impactful and transformative experiences we’ve ever had as a business. Choosing to do both parts of the workshop was absolutely worth it - it allowed us to go deeper, connect more meaningfully, and create lasting shifts both as a team and as individuals. It was a day filled with laughter, tears, transformation, realisation, and deep gratitude. Tom’s methodologies, his storytelling, and the wisdom he shares landed powerfully with every single person in the room. As a business owner, I know how easy it is to let team development take a back seat to the daily demands of running a company. But this reminded me just how essential it is to carve out time for the people who bring your vision to life - not just for the sake of the business, but for their personal growth, mental health, and spiritual wellbeing. We’re an established holistic health clinic in Sydney, and our work is all about supporting others. To be on the receiving end of such a nurturing, reflective, and empowering experience was incredibly special. Every team member, whether they were familiar with this kind of work or experiencing it for the first time walked away with something meaningful. Some have shared that it’s positively influenced their personal lives well beyond the workplace. I truly believe you can only show up for others as deeply as you show up for yourself, and this workshop was a powerful reminder of that truth. Tom’s work is something every workplace could benefit from, and I am deeply grateful we made the time for it. The return in terms of connection, morale, and personal empowerment has been invaluable.
