Tanah Boyd is a skilled halfback with the versatility to cover hooker, recognised for his strong game management, kicking game, and competitive edge. A Gold Coast Titans junior, Boyd progressed through the Brisbane Broncos system before returning to the Titans, where he made his NRL debut in Round 24 of the 2019 season.

In 2024, Boyd signed a two-year contract with the New Zealand Warriors, joining the club for the 2025 and 2026 NRL seasons. His experience, leadership qualities, and positional versatility add valuable depth to the Warriors as they build towards sustained success. Boyd made his club debut for the New Zealand side in their victory over the Wests Tigers. In September, Boyd played in the New Zealand Warriors NSW Cup grand final victory against the St. George Illawarra and was awarded the Player of The Match.

Tanah comes from a strong rugby league lineage, with his father Shayne Boyd having played first grade for the Penrith Panthers and Balmain Tigers.
