I am a professional basketball player and guest speaker.

My basketball career took flight after receiving a scholarship with Oregon State University, a Division I school in the highly competitive Pacific-12 conference in the USA collegiate system. In my first three years, I went from being a non-starter to being a captain and regular starter, and contributor for Oregon State. Unfortunately, at the beginning of what was meant to be my final season in college, I suffered a season-ending ACL injury to my right knee. After 12-months of rehab and hard work, I returned for my final season, where I retained my starting position and finished the season averaging 13ppg.

Following my college career, I joined the Australian NBL, signing with my home-town team the Sydney Kings and earned NBL Rookie of the Year honours. After two seasons with the club, I moved to Perth and enjoyed success as a member of the 2017 and 2019 NBL championship Wildcat teams. After leaving the Wildcats in 2019 to play abroad I have played in the Serie-A, LBA league in Italy and I am currently in my third season in the Japanese Basketball League.

Since returning to Australia in 2014, I was a regular inclusion in the Australian Boomers National Team. After missing out on making the final team for the 2015 World Cup and 2016 Olympics, my hard work and patience was rewarded in 2017 when I was named to the Asia Cup Boomers team that won Gold. I also enjoyed Gold-medal success at the most recent Commonwealth Games and helped Australia qualify for the 2019 World Cup.
My dedication on court has always been mirrored by my commitment to academics.  I graduated with a degree in Exercise Sport Science and a minor in Psychology from Oregon State University, while also earning a conference record four All-Academic Honours for the sport of basketball. Also since returning to Australia, I have completed a Masters of Strength and Conditioning.

Through basketball I have played on four continents and lived in seven different countries, giving me a unique perspective of the world. During my career I have dealt with many challenges and changes to my professional and personal life. This has given me valuable and insightful experience into how to deal with change and times of uncertainty. I am willing to share these experiences and coping tools with companies, teams and individuals.
