One of the most unique careers in professional cricket and sport, Lewis' story is one of overcoming adversity, both physical and mental.
Having been born with a rare condition, he fought his way to the top of his sport, against the odds.
Having retired through injury Lewis felt the force of mental health through losing his dream career so early, at the age of 26.
Having begun yoga, mindfulness and breath-control during his playing days, Lewis expanded his knowledge by qualifying in these areas before launching his brand, Sport Yogi.
Now an app, Sport Yogi is designed to help athletes move, feel and train better both body and mind.
Lewis believes in wellbeing, both body and mind, being a stronghold for performance both on and off the field.
