I've been there. I've felt the crippling anxiety, the panic attacks, and the depression that comes from an inability to find meaning in life.

I've also been there when it all gets better—when you realize that there's more to life than just a series of events that happen to you; when you realize that the only control you ever really have is over your own thoughts.

I want to help your team members who are struggling with mental health challenges. I know what it feels like to be hopeless and alone, but I also know how much better things can get once you realize that you're not alone, either.

My expertise is not just as a mental health catalyst, but as someone who has lived through these experiences first-hand and made it through with some help from friends and family members along the way. 

I know how hard it can be to talk about these things with others because they don't always understand what we're going through—they just want us to "get over it." But I also know how important it is for people in your organisation (and especially those who are struggling) to feel supported by their peers and employers so they can keep moving forward toward recovery instead of retreating deeper into despair.
